1. This is an agreement between Get That Website Online (seller) and you (buyer).
2. Purchase of domain names is non-refundable, so the buyer agrees to take full responsibility for the required spelling.
3. Buyer’s domain registration will be provided for the length of time chosen at order and buyer will get first refusal to renew registration.
4. Purchase of hosting can be monthly or annually. Cancelled annual hosting will be refunded on a pro rata basis to the nearest full unused month minus an administration fee of £10 + VAT). Contact hello@GetThatWebsiteOnline to request cancellation.
5. Once bought, the buyer is responsible for any changes made within the Control Panel for these services. If the buyer experiences any problems as a result of seller error, the seller will make repairs to the same value at the seller’s cost. If the buyer creates problems for the hosting or website provision through buyer error, the seller reserves the right to charge an appropriate fee to fix these.
6. If the buyer is also getting a website designed through Get That Website Online, this may be invoiced separately, depending on the agreement. This is also covered by a separate Terms of Service and Booking Details.
